Marking the one-year anniversary of Panera Bread's 'Unlimited Sip Club', the challenge was to reignite excitement and drive new sign-ups for the already successful service. For this milestone, Flutter Labs crafted a UGC campaign for Panera to advertise on Tiktok, utilizing a special discount to broaden appeal and renew interest in the subscription.

The Solution

  • Simple A/B Testing Approach: For each of the four talents, we crafted A/B testing variations for each concept, all launched simultaneously to compare performance.
